Overview

FactorAtlas is a static educational website. It does not operate a user account system, does not collect form submissions, and does not run server-side application code that processes visitor data.

This policy describes what data may be collected or processed in the course of operating the site, including by the hosting infrastructure.

Data we do not collect

FactorAtlas does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, business information, or financial data from visitors. There are no sign-up forms, loan application forms, contact forms with submission, or lead-capture mechanisms on this site.

The site does not use third-party advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics tools. No data is sold, rented, or shared with factoring companies, brokers, or lead-generation services.

Calculators and search

The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. Any numbers you enter are used only to produce a local estimate on your screen. That input data is not transmitted to FactorAtlas servers, stored, or shared with any third party.

The search feature reads a static local JSON file and renders results in the browser. Your search queries are not logged or transmitted.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on a third-party hosting platform. Like most web hosts, the hosting provider may automatically record standard server log data, which can include IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, and page request times. This data is retained and managed according to the hosting provider's own privacy policy.

FactorAtlas does not independently access, analyze, or store individual visitor server log data for marketing or tracking purposes.

Cookies and local storage

FactorAtlas does not deliberately set tracking cookies. Your browser may cache static assets such as CSS, JavaScript, and SVG files in accordance with standard HTTP caching headers; this is a technical function of web browsers and does not involve personal data.

If the site is accessed through a browser extension, content delivery network, or third-party tool, that tool may set its own cookies subject to its own privacy terms.

External links

Company profiles and source lists contain links to external websites, including official company pages and government resources. When you follow an external link, you leave FactorAtlas and become subject to the privacy policy of the destination site. FactorAtlas has no control over the data practices of linked sites.

Children

FactorAtlas is an educational resource intended for business owners and adults. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If the site adds analytics, contact forms, or other data-processing features in the future, this policy will be updated before those features go live to describe what is collected and why.
